At Calmi, we want you to feel as comfortable in our pieces as you do in your own skin. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
